As an instructor at CG Masters, one of my favourite things is the small classes. It gives me plenty of one-on-one time with each student so that I can make sure everyone always has their questions answered and is always up to speed with what we're working on.

I was just saying the other day to my spouse how much I like my job. I teach drawing at CGMasters and really enjoy watching students develop their observational skills in my class. What I like the most is that the classes are small and I can really work with each student at their skill level. Some take longer than others but each are successful in reaching their goals in the end. We instructors make sure of that.

I happened to come across this school entirely by chance and the moment I stepped into the building and started talking with the co-ordinators there I felt as though their entire focus was set on guiding, training and giving artists the skills needed to work in the industry. If you are aware of trade work (welding, construction, the sorts) this school is essentially exactly that. Hands on right from the get go; they taught us the skills, technical and artistict and gave guidance whenever it was needed without question or hesitation. We learned by doing and any mistakes made were not treated as mistakes, just lessons learned and knowledge gained. It was challenging and lots of hard work but every second, minute, hour and day of it was worth it.

This school has an excellent program. It helps you build the skills (artistic, technical and social) that will get you a job in the industry. It's a real challenge learning all of that information within one year, but it is so worth it!
